My name is Bonnie, and I am a one-to-one and group Personal Trainer.
During my military service, I worked in fitness, helping boxers improve their strength and speed, enabling them to perform and participate in regimental boxing exhibitions. Being a boxing coach has taught me how to design and deliver fun and enjoyable sessions.
After the military, I completed my personal training course, which gave me the opportunity to work in a gym environment, leading circuit training and spin classes.
I found my passion for fitness, especially boxing! Boxing taught me a lot; it taught me how to design, plan, and deliver fun, enjoyable sessions.
